Following are the steps to update your credit card details within PayPal for your subscription to The Enthusiastic Buddhist Society.

How to update your details on older PayPal accounts

If you have an older PayPal account, these are the steps to update your credit card details. (Scroll down for steps when using a newer PayPal account).

Step 1: Log in to the PayPal website at www.paypal.com and click on the Profile option.

 

Step 2: Click on Profile and settings.

 

Step 3: Click on Financial Information.

 

Step 4: If you need to add a new credit card to your PayPal account or update an old credit card, then find Credit and debit cards and click on Update. If you simply want to select a different credit card already listed in your PayPal account to pay for your subscription to The Enthusiastic Buddhist Society, then skip to step 9.

 

Step 5: Scroll down and click on Add Another Card.

 

Step 6: Fill in the new details about your credit card. Click on Add Card.

 

Step 7: Click on Profile, then Profile and settings.

 

Step 8: Click on Financial Information.

 

Step 9: Find My pre-approved payments. Click on Update.

 

Step 10: Find the pre-approved payment for The Enthusiastic Buddhist Pty Ltd. Click on the link.

 

Step 11: Scroll down to where it says Payment method. Depending on how your account is set up, your old credit card details might be the Primary payment method or the Backup payment method. Check where your old credit card details are displayed and click Change next to this.

 

Step 12: Select the credit card you want to debit for your subscription to The Enthusiastic Buddhist Society. Click on Save. Your subscription payments will now be debited from your selected credit card.

 
 

How to update your credit card details on newer PayPal accounts

If you have a newer PayPal account, these are the steps to update your credit card details.

Step 1: Log in to the PayPal website at www.paypal.com. If you need to add a new credit card to your PayPal account or update an old credit card, then click on Wallet. Or if you simply want to select a different credit card already listed in your PayPal account to pay for your subscription to The Enthusiastic Buddhist Society, then skip to step 3.

 

Step 2: Click on the credit card you want to update, or click on Link a card to add a new credit card. Fill in the new details of your credit card and click Save.

 

Step 3: Click on the “wheel icon”.

 

Step 4: Click on Payments.

 

Step 5: Find Pre-approved payments. Click on Manage Pre-Approved Payments.

 

Step 6: Find the pre-approved payment for The Enthusiastic Buddhist Pty Ltd. Click on the link.

 

Step 7: Scroll down to where it says Payment method. Depending on how your account is set up, your old credit card details might be the Primary payment method or the Backup payment method. Check where your old credit card details are displayed and click Change next to this.

 

Step 8: Select the credit card you want to debit for your subscription to The Enthusiastic Buddhist Society. Click on Save. Your subscription payments will now be debited from your selected credit card.
