The Benefits of Cultivating Equanimity

In Buddhism, we aim to foster a mind that has unrestricted and indiscriminate love for all beings, irrespective of who they are. But in order to achieve such a state, it’s required that we first work on cultivating equanimity so we can regard all beings in the same way, without attachment to some and aversion to others.

In this video, I explain the benefits of doing analytical meditation on equanimity to help us remove the discriminatory labels we currently have, so that we can experience the great love and profound peace that arises from having equanimity.
