Simple Practice, Big Results

One powerful practice to end your day, as you’re lying in bed, just before you sleep, is to mentally review the virtuous and non-virtuous actions you’ve performed in the last 24 hours. When remembering the virtuous actions, you should rejoice in the good you’ve done, and also vow to do more of the same the next day. And for the deeds you aren’t as proud of, you can confess them and vow to refrain from them in the future.
