Karma Part II: Positive, Neutral and Negative

Duration 42:27

Practicing good karma (positive actions with our body, speech and mind) and refraining from negative karma, is the simple recipe for spiritual success. But what constitutes positive and negative karma? An action that looks virtuous on the surface may not actually accrue any positive karma at all.

In this video, I explain the differences between the three types of karma: positive, neutral and negative. In particular, I explore how one’s intention plays an important role and I list the Ten Unwholesome Deeds that the Buddha urged us to avoid.
