Introduction to Analytical Meditation
Analytical meditation is a special type of meditation where we contemplate deeply the Buddha’s teachings so we can connect to the heart of them. Practicing these meditations allows us to start experiencing the world through the lens of the Buddha’s wisdom.
At the same time, analytical meditations are invaluable for increasing our compassion and motivation for practice. In this video, I introduce what analytical meditations are and why they are great enhancement to our practice on the Buddha’s path.
