About Mindah-Lee Kumar

I’m Mindah, the creator of The Enthusiastic Buddhist. I’ve been practicing Buddhism for over ten years. In that time, I was ordained as a Buddhist nun for three years and spent a total of three years in solitary meditation retreat.

Despite my training, I know how hard it is to stay motivated and consistent in your meditation practice and how overwhelming the Buddha's teachings can be, especially when there is so much we can learn.

Following my retreat, I created a YouTube channel called The Enthusiastic Buddhist, with the aim of offering simple, practical and inspirational teachings on Buddhism. These were to help people quickly implement the Buddha's teachings into their lives and inspire them to start and continue their meditation practice.

Wishing to offer even more, I've created The Enthusiastic Buddhist Society,  as a way of offering additional teachings and support. I hope you will join me in this wonderful community of people, just like you, who are seeking to achieve a mind filled with unconditional love, compassion, and wisdom.
