Dealing with Pain in Meditation
Dealing with pain in meditation is an extremely common problem for beginner meditators, especially experiencing pain in your legs when meditating. The good news is that there are many ways for us to overcome pain so we can keep progressing in our meditation.
In this video, I share with you various tips and tricks for overcoming pain, including everything from changing things at a physical level (e.g. your posture, cushions, etc.) to using different meditation techniques to work with the pain on a mental level (where it is appropriate, of course). I also discuss the benefits that working with pain in meditation can bring us in our everyday life as well.
